How to Connect A User Account

Connect to Users

Professional users are given an account by their agency or the state upon meeting certification and training requirements. Professionals can connect their cases using Independio's intuitive dashboard.

What Pros see when they log in

Plans

Professionals can review, update, edit and customize a users plan from the main plans screen. If Caretakers or Main Users have submitted changes, Professionals will see them on the main screen for review.

Assessments & Progress Measurements

Updates

Professionals can access data from the check-in assessments done by users or caretakers to see if any changes are necessary for the user on the updates menu.

As Users practice their skills, the progress is saved and stored on the Progress screen. All users have access to the users progress and the Pro users have additional access to changing plans and sending quarterly progress reports.

Professional users can update practice routines for individuals to help them stay on task with their goal progress, and Professionals can add items to the calendar to keep the team informed.
