This Cookie Policy explains how Independio, LLC (“Independio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.independio.app/ (the “Website”). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, which providers may place or access them, and how you can control them.
This policy applies to the Website, including its public pages, login features, demo areas, and contact pages. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. If this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy describe the same technology differently, the more specific description in this Cookie Policy applies to that technology.
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies may be set by the website you visit (first party cookies) or by another organization whose services are used on that website (third party cookies). Session cookies generally expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration date, until the provider removes them, or until you delete them.
We may also use similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and software development tools. These technologies can remember settings, support sign in and security, measure Website use, and enable third party features. In this policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies where the context permits.
We group cookies by purpose. A cookie may support more than one purpose, but we assign it to the category that best describes its principal function.
Cookie names can include a variable suffix shown below in brackets. Durations are typical maximums and may be shorter because of browser settings, provider changes, consent withdrawal, or manual deletion. A third party may change its cookies independently, so its own policy is the most current source for its practices.

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure Website traffic and engagement. Google Analytics may process information such as an approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, page URLs, referral information, timestamps, and interactions with the Website. Independio uses aggregated reports to evaluate and improve the Website.
The Website also uses Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage website tags. Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system and does not itself require a separate analytics cookie; however, tags deployed through it may set cookies or transmit data. Our current implementation includes Google Analytics. We will update this policy and the consent tool if additional tag-based services are introduced.
Google reCAPTCHA may run on or in connection with login and form features to reduce spam, fraud, and automated abuse. Its operation can involve scripts, cookies, device or application data, and interaction signals. Because the service protects the Website and its users, certain reCAPTCHA technology may be treated as strictly necessary where permitted by law.
If a Google sign-in option is available and you choose it, Google may set or read cookies and browser storage needed to authenticate you. Google’s own privacy terms apply to its processing. Independio does not control cookies that already exist in your Google account session.
Some pages may request profile images from Gravatar. A request to Gravatar can disclose technical information ordinarily included in an internet request, such as an IP address and user-agent information, even if no cookie is set. Social-media links on the Website take you to the third party’s site; a plain link does not by itself mean that the social network places a cookie on Independio’s Website.
Cookie preference tool. When the Cookiez banner or preference control is available, you can accept, reject, or customize nonessential cookie categories. Rejecting analytics cookies should not prevent you from accessing ordinary Website content. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because the requested Website functions may not work without them.
Change or withdraw consent. You can reopen the Website’s cookie preferences and change your choice at any time. Your new choice applies going forward. It does not automatically delete data already processed, but it should stop later use of cookies governed by the withdrawn consent. You may also delete existing cookies through your browser.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent login, preference storage, security checks, or other Website features from working. Browser settings usually apply to that browser and device only.
Privacy signals. Some browsers transmit Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because standards and legal obligations differ, the Website may not respond to every signal in the same way. Independio does not currently use the identified cookies to sell personal information or to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will provide legally required notices and opt-out methods.
Cookie-related information may be processed by Independio and by service providers that support hosting, security, authentication, analytics, consent management, and Website operation. Current third party technologies identified on the Website include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google reCAPTCHA, Google sign-in components, Gravatar, Elementor, and WordPress-related components.
These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Their privacy practices, retention periods, and legal responsibilities are described in their own notices. Where required, Independio will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this Cookie Policy when our Website, cookies, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on the Website and change the last-updated date. If a change materially affects a consent choice, we will request a new choice where required.
